Belle hôtel , le service est à revoir pour certains sinon bon emplacement , à côté de tout , hôtel méritant un 8/10 sur la totalité , PAR CONTRE les chambres affichant piscine ou il est mentionné 130/150m2 est très mensongère . Si nous avions 70m2 c’est le max et en comptant la piscine et le balcon

hotel vieillissant. les chambres, restaurant et certaines parties communes auraient besoin d'un grand coup de neuf . le personnel assez sympathique. le restaurant olivio propose une cuisine très bonne, variée et raisonnable au niveau des prix. comptez 20 bonnes minutes à pied depuis l'hotel jusqu'au centre animé de koh samui. n'hésitez pas à louer un scooter

Photos mensongeres,la piscine de l hotel est en refection,donc a part une terrasse de 10 m2 du restaurant aucun endroit pour observer la mer,des coupons qu il faut demander et attendre a la reception pour avoir acces a une piscine a5 mn de votre hotel.pas de trànsats.j ai payé pour un hotel haut de gamme et me retouve dans un hotel 2 etoiles.personnel gentil.chambre propre.

Notre pool villa était top ! propreté irréprochable, huiles essentielles tous les soirs dans la chambre... génial! Par contre un petit bémol sur le personnel de l'hôtel qui n'était pas très serviable.

Séjour très agréable
Hôtel confortable situé au nord de chaweng , plage tranquille , navette gratuite 4 fois par jour pour se rendre en centre ville. Petit déjeuner très correct. Beaucoup de bons restaurants sur la plage . Salon de massage bien trop cher par rapport à ce que l on peut trouver 50 m plus loin.

We had the pleasure of staying at this resort on the last day of our vacation, just before our return flight. I must say, it turned what could have been a disappointing trip into an unforgettable experience. One of the best resorts we've visited: Room: We chose the beachfront villa, and it was a perfect decision. The villa was new, modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bathroom and private pool were just as impressive—an absolute dream! Staff: The staff was extremely kind and always ready to help. Special thanks to Pan Cake, Kwing, Eing, and Kin for their exceptional service. Massages: We enjoyed in-room massages, which were incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to our stay. Pool, Beach, and Sea: The infinity pool overlooking the beach was picture-perfect. The beach and crystal-clear sea were equally stunning. The tides created sand islets in the bay, offering a unique and peaceful experience, especially for those who enjoy long walks during low tide. Water Activities: The resort offers canoes and stand-up paddle boards, with jet skis available just a short walk away for more adventurous guests. Olivio Restaurant: The Italian chef, Fabio, made sure every meal was a delight. From the international breakfast to the delicious pad thai at lunch, and the Italian dinner with octopus tagliolini and pizza, everything was superb. Our only regret is that we could only stay for one day. Despite the short stay, this resort truly saved our vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here but I would not class this hotel as a bouquet hotel. The facilities were good but the pool was small. It was on the beach with free paddleboard hire but there was only one paddleboard meaning you had to wait for it to be returned until you could use it. The beach was small and the tide came in early meaning your belongings had to be moved up to the pool area. There were minimal sun loungers so no where to sit unless you serviced one early or went in the evening. The roads are dangerous to walk to Chaweng on even though it’s only 15 minutes away so you are reliant on taxis or tuk tuks travel if wishing to leaving the resort.

10/10 stay. I can’t express how amazing this place is. From the most friendly staff I have ever come across. The food and drinks are fairly priced and taste so good. Right around the corner, they have a family based restaurant, they too are so attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend staying here. I promise you won’t regret it. 😻

Another fantastic stay at the Baan Haad, they are constantly renovating the resort and its rooms so everything always looks so fresh and modern when we come each year. The staff are fabulous and the restaurant is lovely. For us, there’s no reason to look at anywhere else to stay in Samui.

Check-in was very smooth, the staff were kind and attentive which made our arrival pleasant. We had two adjoining rooms on the top floor, which was a great location for one night before an early morning flight. However, there were some issues with the opening of the doors between the two rooms but eventually it was solved and we were given keys to our respective sides. The room was mostly very clean and nice. Balcony doors did not close properly (gaps between doors) but locked so it was ok. For a longer term stay it could’ve been a tad annoying. Beds were clean and comfortable albeit a bit too soft for my liking but this could’ve been solved by asking for the mattress topper to be removed - I am certain that it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Plenty of towels, appropriate amenities and sufficient amount of water was provided. The only small criticisms about the room were a pair of dirty socks underneath the bathroom sink in a corner, perhaps not noticed when cleaning, and that between the doors that connect the two rooms had not been cleaned in a long time resulting to quite a bit of dust. I found the room a bit noisy in the evening as people walking around were talking loud but this wasn’t a problem at night. Previously I stayed in one of the villas and that was very quiet. Overall, pleasant and refreshing stay with smooth ride to airport. Would return.
