The room was perfect, not too small with plenty of storage space and modern conveniences. Worth noting is that the TV has English channels too. I really like my room and was very comfortable.
But the room was placed next to an empty shaft which transmits 24-7 really loud banging due to construction and the only window in the room faces this shaft.
Further, the bathroom needs a thorough clean as it is moldy everywhere and the shower curtain is not adequate to keep water from flooding the bathroom floor.
The worst boon is the location of the hotel and its shuttle service! The van used is hardly adequate to cater to the number of people needing to go to the mosque and it only made one trip for each solat session. Those who are left behind would have to make it on foot and cross 6 lane huge highway. I felt like I would get run over by a vehicle everytime, fearing for my life. As I am small sized, I did not try to fight for a seat on the shuttle - was jabbed and sat on by a huge female once. Furthermore, the shuttle never ever follow the schedule that the hotel stated. Sometimes it left very early, other times very very late. It's up to the grumpy driver whom I've watched almost kill an elderly guest once as he knowingly drove off while the guest was trying to squeeze herself into an already full van. I watched in horror, glad that she was not hurt and glad I didn't try to get on. Suffice to say, getting to the mosque was stressful everyday and every session.
