In dealing with Hotels.com I did my reservation on line ,I check the box that says pay when you get to property. But when I got there front desk says Hotel.com had already changed my card for the first night. I exspress my concerns to front desk that didn't want it on the card I was paying for the 2 days with my debit card. Front desk says there's also a 100$ deposit that has to be done with a card only.So I gave him my debit card and told him to put the 2nd night for the room and the deposit on my debit card. He than charge my credit card that was being held on file for the second night and put the $100 deposit on the debit card. That wasn't the way I wanted to pay for my stay ,he did the opposite of what I just explained to him.
