TERRIBLE SERVICE! when we arrived at the hotel around 11:15 p.m it was closed and had a note written on the window to ask for a refund because they were closed. Fine, we had to search for a new hotel at the last minute. We call Expedia the next day for a refund, who calls the hotel for explanation regarding all of it. The hotel specifically says to Expedia that they were not closed and that we stayed the night and had our check in and out.... frustration because we checked in and out of an other hotel the same night in the same town with Expedia. After Expedia called the hotel several times for explanation and proofs of our stay which they didn't have, no credit card receipts, no drivers liscence for identity purposes, they said that they told them what we stayed the night because we booked at the Daysinn beside them, which don't apply to them because they are not owners of both. After i tell Expedia, that we didn't stay at the Daysinn but an other hotel with proof of paiement and checkout, the customer service figured out that they were lying about it all. Never booking a room with them ever again and finally got my refund for the room that we never had. The hotel on the other side seemed awful.
