The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "Like the decor, clean interior, good foof with reasonable price, and pleasant staff. Requested change of shower towels on our second day that didn't come. Expected a cr or wc in our room but none. Must pay extra php1600 per night for a room with cr/wc. Had to use a common cr/wc that is not of Western standard."

"I think the property is newer compared to others in the area particularly those near tourist area, i.e. Calle Crisologo. Bathroom is not that clean - mirror is very old and has black marks, ceiling has some molds, and glass window is dirty and without curtain. A proper cleaning and updated mirror would have made the room looks much better. Beds are old and you can feel the spring. And forget about the pillows and blanket - better to bring your own. Got the room for just under PHP 6K - 3...
