The room was incredibly noisy, even with earplugs on and a 6h jet lag, I couldn’t fall sleep. Noise from the cars outside (big avenue) all night, noise from the neighbors (TV on, that I could hear cause the walls were so thin), and noise from the doors being slammed. I had picked that place to get a good night’s sleep during a layover, but that definitely didn’t happen. If that wasn’t enough, the alarm clock wasn’t reset and rang at 5:55am, after which I could obviously not fall back asleep because of the surrounding noise.
The gym was big enough and empty, but the one thing I needed to use (the treadmill) wasn’t working (the treadmill itself was but not the screen, so I couldn’t do a workout since I couldn’t know my pace). There were also no towels or cleaning wipes in the gym.
The shower was awful. First it was a shower for disabled folks, so there was a seat and all who made the bathtub really small, and the shower head had the worst pressure I have ever seen.
Overall very disapponted in this hotel because it’s not cheap and every detail went wrong. If I want this poor quality of a hotel, I’d much rather pay less than $100 for it, it’s definitely not worth more.
