When we arrive to check in the desk, clerk just looked up at us with a wild eyed, bewildered look and didnât speak at all. There was an awkward few seconds, and I said would you like a credit card and ID? The clerk paused, looked at us and said well letâs just start with a name. The experience remained the same level of friendliness throughout our stay. Very interesting.
Rooms and elevator need updating. Some staff were not particularly too welcoming. I mentioned to the front desk staff that i believed the room refrigerator wasn't working and he answered he couldn't do anything about it because there was no maintenance personnel on the premises. I understand these things happen but I found his manners a bit rude.
Itâs not typical Hilton hotel. It seems like a 2.8 star out of 5 hotel. Itâs ok for 1 night stay if you just need a place to lay your head. Over flow parking was dark and scary. Room furniture was very outdated. Bathroom sink was small with limited toiletry space.
Once we opened the room, you could smell the carpet no being clean. The room was dusty, and the AC didnât cool down the room properly until 6am the following morning
