Stayed for 7 night with 3 other families. Rooms had mold, smelled nasty, bedding was wet, no towels until you ask few times. We made a complain to be transferred to another room and we’re transferred after 2 days - same condition - front door was very loose, bathroom door was not opening from inside, shower had a mold. We all had allergy and nausea due to mold exposure, the little one threw up for two nights. Outside of the building was beautiful but limited pool/beach chairs, dirty buffet plates, limited food for kids. This hotel has no customer service.
Contacted to Expedia today and file complains, the girl over the phone informed we will receive $457 one key cash compensation, I just checked my email and saw they transferred $180 one key cash. I thought at least Expedia could take care of the situation but very disappointed.
Overall we spend a good time only because of the people we traveled with. Otherwise works booking experience we have ever made.
