The good: it's a safe and clean place to stay with comfortable beds, laundry, and luggage storage. Communication is excellent.
The bad: noisy. You can hear everything from the construction next door at 7 am, and every movement of neighbors, every voice in the hall. We didn't sleep all week. No door mat to wipe your shoes, so all dirt and mud get tracked in, no cleaning supplies or service. BRING YOUR OWN SLIPPERS. Horrible burning smell coming from the bathroom - they eventually fixed it but never told me what caused it. The bathroom door was hung too low and scraped against the floor, making it hard and noisy to open and close. Shower water was ridiculously sensitive and would turn hot and cold with every tap of the handle or switching the shower head. Water leaks from the corner and makes a mess on the floor. Kitchen often ran out of hot water. Kitchen has basic utensils but not equipped for actual cooking - no chef's knife, pasta strainer, hot pads, foil, salt, etc, no oven (has grill microwave), no lid on skillet, stovetop vent is loud and rattles the whole room.
It's survivable, but so noisy, not worth it if you actually want to sleep.
