We reserved (2 months before traveling) an apartment with double bed, kitchen, terrace... as shown in the pictures. When we arrived, they gave me us a tiny attic (where we couldn’t even stand up)
There was no balcony, no bedroom... just a corner with a very uncomfortable sofa (which was also the bed)
They also charged to my bank account much more than what my reservation says.
When I showed my bank statement to the person who checked us in, he said it’s probably because they had charged the biggest apartment of the building by mistake, and he asked me to call the managers.
I called them and asked about the difference in the price, and I said that I want the apt. I had reserved, not that tiny “room”
They hang up the phone several times. I insisted, then they asked me to send an email showing my bank statement. When I did so, they replied with an invoice with a fake amount (much less than what they had charged). I insisted calling asking for a full apartment, and they replied: “this is what you reserved”
So I spent much more than what I expected on sleeping 3 nights on a terribly uncomfortable sofa, feeling mistreated.
