I stayed at Melody Maker for a period of 5 days, from June 12 to 16, 2019.
I took some time before writing a review of the hotel, not to let the emotions speak and to give a valid point of view of the hotel.
I took the most upscale service, the room named MELODY MAKER SWIM OUT BEACH VILLA.
I am lucky to have traveled a lot, and having the monetary means, I have stayed all over the world in several upscale hotels.
Unfortunately, Melody Maker is not yet at a 'high end' level. Maybe someday, but not now.
I must first say that the hotel is very beautiful, and the people who work there are very courteous, polite, and dedicated to their work.
Personally, the buffet food suited me, although custom choices were often limited. I could not try the restaurants because it was an average of 1h30 waiting; so I used the room service and the buffet.
The coffee bar offers good custom coffees.
The facilities are clean.
The room '' swim out beach villa '' is beautiful. This is one of the most beautiful rooms I have had the chance to experiment in my life.
However, the service associated with '' special guest '' and '' premium service '' is mediocre and misleading.
I will try to explain myself. Upon arrival on the website, it is mentioned that the check in and check out service is' '' VIP '' to the premium service customer. It's wrong. I waited like everyone else who did not have this service.
Finally arriving at my room, the fridge was empty, we had forgotten to fill it. I have to make 2
