"Did not use amenities much nor the breakfast (early flight) but the room was quiet and comfortable."

"I stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. I arrived a few hours before check-in time. One of the reception staff informed me that my room wasn’t ready but a couple rooms were available next to the elevators if I wanted to take one. I declined and waited for my room on the 24th floor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised it had Nespresso coffee pods and coffee maker, which I prefer. The hotel is next to the Metro which is easily accessible from outside or through the building. And the best part, there’s an IGA grocery store for anything that you need or forgot to bring. And just steps away there is a Jean Coutu pharmacy and a food court and some shops in building at street level. And, of course, Starbucks on the ground level. What else can you ask for? I especially enjoyed the pool area, the gym, and the Sauna. The best dry sauna I have ever used in a hotel. Oh, by the way, parking can be expensive and mind your head. Very tight and low ceiling height and won’t fit your Large SUV or truck. I know it’s no big deal but I was disappointed this Hyatt didn’t offer the KinetMd lotion like the Hyatt place in Chicago. Love this lotion. I asked the housekeeping staff and she came back with a couple generic trial sizes. But it’s alll good. She was really nice and I appreciate the effort. All the staff were nice and friendly. Good and cheap breakfast, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again."

"Le grand stationnement avec des places près de l'entrée toujours disponibles sur semaine comme en weekend était vraiment rassurant. La chambre signature avec sa climatisation, son décor apaisant, ses meubles en bois et son sol sans tapis était parfaite. Avec le petit réfrigérateur et le four micro-ondes, je n'ai pas eu besoin d'aller au restaurant. Il n'y avait que la porte et les murs de la salle de bain qui n'étaient pas complètement propres. La salle de sport et la piscine étaient très bien, propres et pas trop fréquentées. Le seul problème a été le déclenchement de l'alarme de feu deux fois en quatre nuits. La cause était des occupants de chambres avec cuisinette qui ont fait brûler de la nourriture. J'ai été réveillée les deux fois et le temps que je me rende à l'escalier, l'alarme cessait. Difficile de se rendormir par la suite..."
