Staying at Hotel Solana was a tranquil and restful experience. The lagoon view and access here was fantastic. The staff was very cordial and thoughtful. The onsite chef makes amazing meals to include a very satisfying breakfast every morning. The pavillion dock is so picturesque. Located near the southern end of the lagoon (a few miles from town), it was also very quiet. Kayaks and life jackets provided, jet ski for hourly rent. The bedding was comfy!

Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar la belleza de la Laguna Bacalar, con su propio muelle para acceder sin problema a la laguna o a algún tour por la misma. La atención y calidez de su gente es lo que te hace sentir como en casa, además de la limpieza y el cuidado que tienen con las instalaciones. Sin duda regresaré pronto, gracias Lili por tus atenciones.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Zimmer mit den zwei großen und bequemen Betten, den zwei Kopfkissen, dem Bad und unserer eigenen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt unserer Meinung nach keine Wünsche offen und war richtig lecker. Der Eigentümer und das Personal waren alle richtig zuvorkommend und einfach nur nett. Zimmer und Außenanlagen waren sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Es gibt kostenlose Kajaks vor Ort, oder man kann eine Bootstour oder andere Aktivitäten über das Hotel buchen. Das Boot holte uns direkt am Steg vom Hotel ab, was für unsere Mädels der Hit war. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Zentrum, bei Supermärkten oder Restaurants. Wir wären gerne mindestens eine Nacht länger geblieben, aber leider war das Zimmer schon ausgebucht. Wir können jedem Solana Bacalar wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können!
