Service started bad since Check in. The receptionist blocked by debit card they didnât offer us to take our bags or even indicate where or how to get to our room. Hotel need maintenance ASAP and the smell of the sewer is really bad. Housekeeping opened my room door without knocking and came in while I was changing.
Food was not great. Only good thing about spa was hydrotherapy. Alot of staff seem to have attitudes or were rude. Too much confusion about room upgrades. They lied about being sold-out. Butlers were hit or miss. Either you had a good one that communicated or you didnt. No tour, no map, no explanation of services, amenities, nothing. Music was outdated. Bath tub was dirty day 1. Room service took forever. Complimentary bottle was given on last day so had to give away. Not impressed with this resort at all. Elevators were always out of service in main lobby & sports bar staff were lazy & rude. Service took forever or not at all. No one explained diamond club or where office amenties located.
The property was nice and the experience was elevated with the diamond club. The servers at times were rude. The steakhouse was the worst service of all. Our butler Gina was amazing !!! Room service was very very poor, only having cold pizza and brownies available in the menus with a 45 min delivery. Facilities were nice and clean. 7out of 10 would recommend for a quick get away but definitely not for a long week stay.
We had an amazing time.!! I always stay at Royalton resorts and always had the best experience ever.! I actually booked to stay from Friday - Monday and had such a great tune that we booked another night on the resort⊠This was my first time booking a resort through hotel.com and it was a easy smooth experience
The property was pretty. Most of the food (didnât try all the restaurants) was very good. There wasnât many entertainment options, as most happened during when we were going to dinner. The downside was housekeeping could have been better with towels, there was a day without washcloths and a day without bath towels. The beverage person had to also be tracked down to add beer and water almost daily.Other than that, room was very clean and staff was helpful and friendly.
Had our money stolen from our locked room late at night, credit card was hacked after paying deposit fee, slow service. I really wanted to like this place. It was my second time coming and wonât be coming again. Staff also wasnât able to help with our stolen belongings and wouldnât let me see any camera footage from the hour it happened. Awful. Donât come here!!
Very nice property. But they didnât have the room I paid for available. Gave us what they called an upgrade. My adult daughter and I didnât need a bathtub in the middle of the room. Or a hot tub.
The property and location are great. Only minor issues are with the sports bar. Most of the time they sisnt have games on. Other main complaint is they did not have any Light beer.
We booked 4 rooms with family. Very clean very safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Reservation is required for dinners at the restaurants but always a buffet option open if you canât get a reservation. Drinks were good. Casino was fun.
