Very poor service, no management(everyone is manager there) but the actual manager Felix moved to Hilton Cancun , but they kept saying he is not in the office, not friendly with gluten allergy, disclosure my person information to the other family, the staff a trained how to lie not how to work, we were moved in 4 rooms in 1 week everywhere smells pee just the governor suite was clean and no smelling, food/drinks are very warm, food is acceptable nothing wow, they don't clean the beach for one week a lot of trash everywhere, power off so many times, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night in one of our room ,you have to wait for you diner at least 1,5 hour. poor entertainment, the buffet area needs a lot of renovation, always was a issue in the lobby bathrooms no soap/toilet paper . THE HOTEL IS NICE BUT IS RUINNIG, THE REST IS HORIBLE.
