The check in process was abysmal. So there isn't a concierge, but instead a lock box with a key. I coordinated with the property 24hrs ahead of time to drop my luggage off as I was arriving before 3pm, they said it would not be a problem.
I arrived at 1:30pm and was unable to drop off my luggage. The property management said that they would connect with the cleaners to sort my luggage out, so I waited thinking it would be another 10-20 minutes. I messaged the property management again at 2:30pm, they said the cleaners should be there shortly. The cleaners arrived at 3:20pm. The cleaners did not have access to the key for the apartment (as the previous cleaners left the key INSIDE the apartment). I continued to wait as it was past the check-in time at this point. I called the property management company twice and she said that the cleaners should be able to let me in. The cleaner said that she didn't have access to the key, so it was just the most excruciating circle of events.
I was finally able to check into the apartment at about 5pm.
There was miscommunication on many levels. All of which could have been avoided. If the key was missing, then a replacement should have been issued well before 3pm. The check-in process should not have lasted more than 30 minutes, let alone 3.5 hours.
The facility itself was decent. The sofabed isn't usable as the springs are felt when lying on the mattress. The rest of the apartment is comfortable.
