Nice place to go to be between playa coco and playa mosquito
people were friendly and very helpful, communicating through whatsapp which is very convient
Close to all different restaurants at walking distance
We were disappointed by the tour proposed as there were almost no luminescence but instead of saying it is not the right time, they let us go and pay 1890MXN
we did also the 3 islands tour ( the first spot is really nice, the cenote where you have to pay another 100 MXN is so so and the last point is so so as well ( same as playa mosquito which is free to walk there)
the room was a little bit small for the 3 of us ( for 350 euros a night though)
Breakfast was good
Our experience of the hotel has been mainly unpleasant. Our room was on ground level and opening on the swimming pool where children were playing all day so it wasn't really calm. The smell in the room was very unpleasant due to the fact that the window of the bathroom was opening on a space between buildings where we had a sewer smell. On the second day of our six day trip, money has been stolen in our bag in the room which stayed locked except for cleaning. We reported it the personnel who lightly care about it.
The only very good point of the hotel was the effort made on the breakfast.
To be transparent the experience of the hotel is also the experience of the island. To much tourism, very high prices, seaweed problem and a population who probably don't benefit equaly from the tourism create a mixed feeling experience.
If you travel there be aware that whatever the season you'll have seaweed and the smell can be very unpleasant in some places.
