Unic Design Hotel

Lovely hotel with great location right on 5th and near beaches. As other reviews mention, it is very loud at night but that comes with the location. The water in the shower was at times cold but overall a great place to stay if you’re looking to stay out late in playa.

Location is very convenient. But super noisy since 9pm-2am. As there are bar around. Then around 6am, there are some street cleaner with a big truck might be around. So I can say I only got total 4 hours (2-6am) for a real rest. But it was clean & room is big enough to put 3 big luggage.

Small but comfortable hotel on fifth ave where all bars , music and nice restaurants are located. Rooms are very clean , comfortable and modern. No stairs and complementary breakfast. We liked it!

I booked this place about 3 months in advance and it was during my honeymoon dates. Once we arrived, the person at the front desk told us that our room isn't available due to a so called "maintenance issue" and that they have another room at another hotel for us a few miles away. We had no choice but to accept. I suspect that they chose to give our room to someone else that paid more, even though I booked it months in advance. I hate being a victim of the classic bait and switch technique and especially on my honeymoon!

The hotel needs to include pillow top mattresses or at least a pillow top cover over mattresses. Beds were extremely firm.
