Musical Legends Park highlights
The major highlight of Musical Legends Park is the set of statues. You'll find quite a few depicting local icons such as Fats Domino, Al Hirt, Pete Fountain, Ronnie Cole, Allen Toussaint, and Irma Thomas, amongst others. Each statue is standing on a pedestal with the name of the person depicted.
In addition to the statues, you'll find several other features you might expect from a typical park, including comfortable places to walk and sit. You can often find live jazz music being played here, with most performances beginning at 10 am every day.
